You are responsible for exercising within your limits and seeking attention and advice as appropriate. Never force or strain. The creators, owners and distributors of this Site and the Material available hereon are not responsible for any injuries you may experience as a result of your use of this Site and the Material contained hereon. By remaining on this Site and/or accessing and / or using any Material, you are accepting that you have read, understood and agreed to follow these basic instructions.
Your account and registration. With a membership, you have access to all restricted contents. You have access to the contents as long as you are a member. If you cancel the subscription your access will be revoked at the end of your respective billing period.
With a single purchase you have access to the individual program forever via the platform or as long as the platform is live. If the platform has to be terminated we will find a way to share your individual purchases with you (e.g. download or another solution).

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for any user content that you post. Conditions of Sale and Payment Terms. To purchase any goods and/or services on our Site, you must (1) be at least eighteen years of age, and (2) be a individual entity (no corporations, partnerships or other legal entities). Prior to the purchase of any goods or services on our Site, you must provide us with a valid credit card number and associated payment information including all of the following: (1) your name as it appears on the card, (2) your credit card number, (3) the credit card type, (4) the date of expiration, (5) the billing address and (6) any activation numbers or codes needed to charge your card. By submitting that information to us, you hereby agree that you authorize us to charge your card at our convenience but within thirty (30) days of credit card authorization. Unless otherwise set forth, all sales of products and services are final and all charges from those sales are nonrefundable.
Membership Billing:
Monthly memberships auto-renew at the end of your 1-month billing cycle. Yearly memberships are pre-paid and auto-renew at the end of your 1-yr billing cycle. Memberships with a Free Trial will automatically be charged at the end of the specified trial period. Cancel anytime during the Free Trial to avoid charges. You may only use a Free Trial once. There is no minimum obligation, no refunds, and members may cancel anytime. All memberships must be cancelled prior to the auto-renew date to avoid further charges. Please see your account page for your renewal date or to cancel your subscription.
For any form of payment we offer or accept, you hereby agree to all restrictions, terms and conditions associated with such form of payment. Your card issuer agreement governs your use of your designated card, and you must refer to that agreement and not these Terms and Conditions to determine your rights and liabilities as a cardholder. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your purchases at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. If The Fix Program does not receive payment from your credit card issuer or its agent, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand by The Fix Program.
Indemnity. You hereby indemnify us and undertake to keep us indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including without limitation legal expenses and any amounts paid by us to a third party in settlement of a claim or dispute on the advice of our legal advisers) incurred or suffered by us arising out of any breach by you of any provision of these terms and conditions, or arising out of any claim that you have breached any provision of these terms and conditions.
Transmitting and Streaming. The Fix Program is not responsible for any damages incurred as a result of any interruption, transmission blackout, delayed transmission or incorrect data transmission over the Internet. It does not warrant or represent that this Site will meet your requirements, that access or streaming will not be interrupted or delayed, that there will be no failures, errors or omissions or loss of transmitted information, that no viruses will be transmitted or that no damage will occur to your computer system.
Changes in Policy. We may revise these terms and conditions from time-to-time. Revised terms and conditions will apply to the use of our website from the date of the publication of the revised terms and conditions on our website. Please check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version.
Breaches of these terms and conditions. Without prejudice to our other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, we may take such action as we deem appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.
