Our pregnancy classes are designed by physiotherapists and endorsed by obstetricians with you and your baby in
mind. Postural and safe core stability exercises, pelvic floor strengthening and awareness,
stretching and mobility exercises suitable during pregnancy, labour and beyond.
Build on the strength and endurance of your spinal and postural trunk muscles to support you throughout pregnancy and prepare you for the birth of your little one. Have fun using minimal props for home – all you need is your body, some space and resistance bands to enjoy the challenge without any excuses!
